Our Philosophy

VOLUNTEER. CONTRIBUTE. CONNECT. GROW.

Our volunteers help make the event possible, but we also want them to be active members of the community. Where appropriate, interested volunteers may be considered for community conversations, panel participation (including our Women Shaping the Future of AI panel), event activities, media storytelling, and verifiable digital credentials.

Selection for panel conversations and speaking roles will depend on relevance, interest, event needs, and available opportunities. Volunteer registration remains 100% complimentary with catered meals and volunteer passes.

Volunteer Coordinator & VIP / Guest Coordination
Coordinate on-site volunteer operations, assist keynote speakers (Brooke Jamieson, Demario Bell, Aliza Newman), manage speaker green room hospitality, escort VIP sponsor guests, and orchestrate real-time event logistics.

Stage & AV Operations
Assist speakers in Talmadge Main Stage and Lincoln Breakout Rooms with microphones, slide decks, presentation displays, and session timing cues.

Registration & Badging
Greet attendees in the Grand Foyer, issue badges, distribute attendee gift bags and lanyards, verify student IDs, and direct participants to breakout tracks.

Media & Photo Studio
Capture event photography, record attendee interview soundbites, assist at the LinkedIn headshot studio, and share live social highlights.
🎓
Student Ambassador & Labs
Connect collegiate student peers with industry mentors, guide hands-on lab workshop seating, and support interactive cloud & AI activities.
